It was just another day. Dakota, your girlfriend, came earlier to watch Netflix together, you are dating for a while now. You love her and the relationship goes very well, in fact you are about to ask her to move in with you, just waiting for the right time to do so.

The Shrinking Virus pandemic ravaged the world for 5 years now, infecting only men. The cure was just announced a few months ago, very expensive to buy but you saved a lot of money and made some smart investments in the drugs company who eventually managed to invent the cure. So if anything happens - you know you can buy it and even have a lot of money to spare.

You mainly worked at home, Dakota was the only one visiting occasionally, it was a voluntary lockdown, you were too scared to catch the shrinking virus outside, the media was filled with horror stories of hideous things that happened to shrunken men.
