I've been thinking of this idea where there would be a politician who had the ability to shrink anything and so in order to gain power, would shrink opponents or better yet entire cities just for not giving her suficient votes and then just annihilating them so more a higher percentage of votes go to her until eventually everyone else is too scared to vote anyone else so she becomes the complete ruler and from then on keeps shrinking cities at random and crushing them purely for her amusement. Im sure someone with better writing skills than me could make something awesome with this concept
