It was during the fourth wave of the shrinking virus.

The world was hopeless in dealing against the phenomenon, scientists working on trying to figure out a cure, investigating this new and terrible disease.

It was known that only males can get infected and actually shrink while women can only carry the virus, but only 1% can be infectious and even then it’s not guaranteed to shrink anyone.

So the virus was extremely hard to detect, track and isolate, and the only solution the world could go to is hygiene and social distancing.

The thing is, mostly males followed the government's instructions while most women did whatever they wanted to, some were even looking for shrunken men to capture and keep for themselves.

You had enough, after almost 3 years of staying home, scared for your life, you’ve decided to go out just for one day, shopping in the mall like a regular human being.

So you went there, walking around, enjoying yourself, finally breathing fresh air.

Almost all men stayed home, the mall was filled with women. You used a mask and just walked around in the mall, trying to keep your distance, you got stares and giggles from random girls like you were a rare thing to see these days.

A woman bumped into you by mistake, she said she's sorry and you quickly fixed your mask.

After perhaps 30 minutes, you didn't feel well, your face started going numb, you knew it's a symptom but you weren't sure what to do, you started walking to the bathroom and then in the narrow passageway, without no one noticing, you started shrinking until you were bug sized.

Panicked, you walked outside to the main hallway, with many women walking around, not noticing you.

You look to your left and you see a shoe store, the doors were open.

You look to your right and you see the mall's spa, you could enter the waiting area.
